We offer three types of classes that focus on different elements of boxing.
BOXING LVL 1
Level 1 focuses on basic boxing skills, conditioning, and endurance. Prepare to hit your max heart rate and go home sweaty and wanting to come back for more.
Mon-Fri: 6am, 8am, and 5pm
This is a full-contact class and mandatory equipment is required to participate. All participants must have taken at least 10 Boxing Lvl 2 classes or have prior approval by Coach Brady. Please contact us for full details.
Tue and Thu: 6:30pm*
BOXING LVL 2
Level 2 focuses on the theory and application of boxing. You’ll work on advance combinations, footwork, head movement, and defense. During class, there is partner work and light contact.
We offer 45 min classes for ages 6-12 years. S/he will learn the basics of boxing, discipline, respect for the sport, each other and her/himself. Each class mixes fitness, boxing, and games to keep it fun and engaging.

No check-in for members. Show up 10 minutes early, wrap your hands and start jumping at the top of the hour.

Trying out a free class?
Show up 20 minutes early to sign a waiver, get your hands wrapped, get some basic boxing instructions, and then start jumping. We'll supply the gear.
Schedule subject to change for holidays, special events and races. We're athletes too so we need time to test our limits.
